At WATCHFINDER, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every timepiece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the pre-paid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure a tracked delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
